The Wyoming Attorney General's Office is seeking an attorney to join its Civil Division. The attorney in this position will provide legal advice and litigation services to multiple state agencies, which may include the Public Service Commission, Board of Nursing, Enterprise Technology Services, and multiple licensing agencies. This position may also provide additional legal support to our office, including reviewing agency rules and reviewing non-profit dissolutions. This position will also perform other duties as assigned to meet the goals and objectives of the Civil Division and the Attorney General's Office. The Attorney General's office provides attorneys an opportunity to receive mentorship, develop expertise, and excel at and use skills in a dynamic and collegial work environment. Our office also offers monthly in-house training opportunities that qualify for continuing legal education credit.
