2 openings available. The Livingstone College is accepting applications for the position of Assistant Athletic Trainer –l Athletic Trainer. This is a contract, full-time position with a targeted annual salary range of $65,000.00 - $80,000.00 with full health benefits and membership in the LC Retirement Plan. Under the supervision of the Associate Athletics Director of Sports Medicine – coordinate, at a high level, athletic injury prevention, evaluation, management and rehabilitation to Livingstone College student-athletes. Organize injury prevention programs. Share responsibility of Athletic Training services for All sports and student-athletes. This position will be assigned specific coverage for and/or other sports as assigned by the Associate Athletic Director of Sports Medicine –l and/or Assistant Athletic Director of Sports Medicine. Specific coverage will be determined upon review of applications. Athletic Training services to include: coordination of physical exams for team, evaluation, treatment and documentation of injuries, design and supervision of rehabilitation programs, and supervise and counsel sports medicine student interns assigned to practice and game coverage. Communicate and document athletes' progress to athletic training staff, physicians, conditioning staff and coaches. Maintain written and computerized documentation on all athletes' injuries, treatments and rehabilitation. Refer injured athletes to Livingstone College team physicians as appropriate. Administrative and other duties as assigned by the Director of Sports Medicine. Athletic Trainer in good standing with the NATABOC (National Athletic Trainers Association Board of Certification); Must be CPR/AED certified.

Bachelor's degree .Athletic Trainer is good standing. NATABOC (National Athletic Trainers Association Board Certification. CPR/AED certified.
