Manage the operations of the 4 Dartmouth’s Athletic Equipment rooms; supervise of all its staff (full-time, part-time, and student), administration and adhere to equipment operations budgets. The position will exercise discretion and independent judgement to make important decisions on behalf of Dartmouth College Athletics and Recreation Department (DCARD) Equipment Operations. Additional responsibilities include development, education, and implementation of policies and procedures related to equipment operations and brand management.

Requirements

Bachelors or equivalent combination of education and experience At least two years of experience working in an athletics equipment room (intercollegiate preferred). AEMA certification. Strong work ethic, organizational and communication skills. Ability to deal with a variety of constituents in a timely and professional manner. Ability to anticipate and meet deadlines, coordinate work of others, and remain accessible for inquiries. Knowledge of athletic clothing, laundering, equipment, and compliance issues preferred. Willingness to travel with teams and work nights and weekends, including under poor weather conditions if necessary. Must be able to lift a minimum of 50 pounds over their head. Must have a current Driver’s License.
