Job Description Summary

Cushman & Wakefield is seeking an experienced Asset & Minor Projects Lead to support our key client, BHP. This role will lead the development and delivery of asset management frameworks and manage asset replacement and minor projects across multiple sites.

Job Description

This role is open to candidates in Adelaide, Melbourne, Brisbane, or Perth.

Key Responsibilities

Maintain and improve asset management processes and 5-year plans

Deliver quarterly asset reviews and condition assessments

Lead the global Asset Barcoding Project rollout

Manage asset replacement and minor projects from scope to delivery

Provide reporting on asset lifecycle, costs, and performance

Collaborate with internal teams and external vendors

About You

5 + years in asset and facilities management

Strong project and stakeholder management skills

Detail-oriented with strong reporting and systems knowledge

Excellent communication and client focus
