Embed ESG considerations into asset management activity and take responsibility for driving improvements at asset level.

Prepare return forecasts, analyse historical performance and risk, and assess each asset’s suitability within its respective fund, making recommendations where appropriate.

Commercially objective and outcome‑focused, with sound judgement and the ability to balance asset‑level decisions with fund‑level objectives.

Proven ability to lead, manage and challenge external advisers and consultants, while building strong, professional relationships internally and externally.
