If so, we invite you to join our team as an Asset Manager based in our Madrid office. **The Role:** In this role you will play a critical role in the performance of our residential real estate portfolio in Spain. You will be responsible for maximizing the value of our assets through strategic planning, financial analysis, and proactive asset management. This is a key role that offers significant opportunities for growth and development within a leading global firm. **Your key responsibilities:** + **Financial Analysis & Reporting:** + Conduct detailed financial modeling and analysis, including budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis. + Prepare and present comprehensive financial reports, including performance updates, investment recommendations, and market analysis. + Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to identify opportunities for improvement and risk mitigation. + Support the preparation of quarterly and annual investor reports. Provide input for the property valuations process and carefully check valuations. + **Asset Management & Strategy:** + Develop and implement asset-level strategies to optimize property performance and maximize investment returns. + Oversee and manage the performance of third-party property management companies, ensuring adherence to our standards and objectives. + Identify and evaluate opportunities for value creation, including renovations, leasing strategies, and operational improvements. + Participate in the due diligence process for potential acquisitions and dispositions. + Stay abreast of market trends, competitor activity, and regulatory changes within the Spanish residential real estate market. + **Communication & Collaboration:** + Collaborate effectively with internal teams, including acquisitions, development, and finance. + Maintain strong relationships with external stakeholders, including property managers, brokers, and consultants. + Present findings and recommendations to senior management. **Qualifications:** + Native or Fluent Spanish Speaker: Essential, with excellent written and verbal communication skills. + Fluent English Speaker: Essential, with excellent written and verbal communication skills. + Minimum of 4 years of experience in asset management, property management or investment management.
