As a Consultant & Distributor Support Analyst within the Asset Management team, you manage and update consultant databases and reports. You collaborate across business, finance, operations, and technology groups to ensure data accuracy and process efficiency. You drive enhancements and support global consultants and distributors with timely, high-quality information.

Job Responsibilities

Update consultant databases and websites with fund and strategy informationReview and validate data for accuracy and completenessRespond promptly to customized consultant requestsLiaise with product teams to gather required informationComplete ad-hoc search requests and product additionsMaintain standard operating procedures and workflowsCommunicate effectively with internal and external stakeholdersEnsure timely preparation of reports and database updatesSupport process improvements and efficiency initiativesCollaborate with cross-functional teams on projectsAssess business impact and provide project management support

Required Qualifications, Capabilities and Skills

Demonstrate at least 6 years of experience in asset management or financial servicesExhibit proficiency with Microsoft Office tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, SharePoint, Visio)Communicate clearly in both written and verbal formatsAnalyze and synthesize large data sets and business processesOrganize and prioritize multiple tasks effectivelyMap and understand complex workflows and processesManage multiple projects to achieve targets and deadlines
