Job Summary:
As an Asset Management - Real Estate Investment Specialist West Coast - Executive Director within the Real Estate Americas team, you will play a lead role in prospecting for new clients, deepening existing client and consultant relationships, and creating and providing thought leadership. You will report to the Head of US Client Strategy for Core & Core Plus Funds.

Required Qualifications, Capabilities and skills:
Minimum 7+ years of experience successfully raising capital for real estate investment strategies or equivalent investment experienceNetwork of relationships with Western U.S. institutional real estate investorsAbility to deliver concise, persuasive, and technically sound new business presentations and investment reviews including market outlook, fund/portfolio and underlying investmentsExcellent written and oral communication skills and intellectual curiosity in the subject matterStrong relationship building skills applicable to existing clients, prospective clients and internal stakeholders across Real Estate Americas and the broader firmStrong understanding of regional economic forecasts and the ability to interpret them relative to the performance of all products being represented by this teamAbility to incorporate current economic forecast information from internal and external sources into asset class and fund positioning communications Working knowledge of portfolio construction and strategic asset allocation Strong work ethic, results oriented and willingness to travel Highest ethical values in professional and personal conductUndergraduate degree in business or related field
