Job responsibilities

Cultivate and strengthen business partnerships to drive sales and asset growth, ensuring the retention of assets across the Private Bank channel in Asia. (Strategic Growth)Develop and sustain relationships with key decision-makers, gatekeepers, and influencers. Execute fund onboarding and maximize fundraising on client platforms. (Relationship Building)Analyze industry trends and translate them into actionable business opportunities. (Industry Insight)Prepare comprehensive business reports, manage business agreements, and represent the team effectively across various internal platforms. Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills

6+ years of established track record in financial industry, with strong relationships with key clientsDeep understanding of Funds and Private Banking industry, clients and competition landscape; extensive market and product knowledgeExcellent product knowledge across alternative investments, equities and fixed incomeDrive for Achievement: proven track record of in a financial sales environment; outstanding energy and results-orientedPeople and Relationship Management: build and manage relationships across organization and with clientsStrong fiduciary and risk & control mindsets, with high standard of integrityExcellent communications in English and Cantonese are essential requirement for the client coverage
