Job responsibilities

Lead or support important projects to drive growth initiatives, change activities, risk and control programs, etc.Project management of key operational and technical ETF enhancements to maintain a best-in-class infrastructure within the industryParticipate in Automation Project and continuously explore opportunities to enhance efficiencies and reduce errors.Coordination of new ETF product launches and listingsAdvocate positive changes to enhance the company’s infrastructure, processes, risk and control, collaboration model, etc.Contribute to the development, oversight & maintenance of the end-to-end operating model for the international ETF businessSupport BAU requests and governance reportingEstablish the local  ETF Platform as best in class for Governance and ControlAssists with any ad hoc tasks or projects when required

 Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills

Bachelor's degree or equivalentDemonstrable min. 8 years’ experience relating to ETFs, Project management, Front Office support and/or Product implementation, within the Financial industry, with sound knowledge of the China Fund Industry. Good understanding of ETFs from both a trading and operational perspective; Aptitude at relationship building with stakeholders of all types, strong communication and interpersonal skills in an international environmentProven track record writing business requirements, with a robust understanding of project methodologies and risk management frameworksAdvanced level in MS Office, ideally with some coding knowledge (Python is the preferred language)Able to maintain high quality performance under pressureStrong written and oral communication skills. Proactive attitude, commitment to continuous learning, willing to challenge the status quo to improve processes.Strong influencing power and capability to collaborate with others for partnership.
