Asset Management ETF Capital Markets - Vice President

The ETF Capital Markets team is responsible for managing strategic relationships with Exchanges, Authorized Participants (APs) and Market Makers, overseeing all trading activity across the platform, and delivering education and trading guidance to JPMorgan's clients. With $225B in assets globally, JPMorgan Asset Management is one of the fastest growing ETF issuers. 

Job summary:

 As an ETF Capital Markets Vice President on the Asset Management ETF Capital Markets team you would be responsible managing the day-to-day operations of the business and delivering key outcomes across the broker dealer and client segments. You will help oversee strategic relationships with Exchanges, Authorized Participants (APs) and Market Makers, alongside working with client advisors and their clients to achieve optimal trading outcomes.

Job responsibilities: 

Broker Dealers

Maintain relationships with the broker dealer community to increase awareness of JPM ETFs  Educate market participants on new and existing ETFs to promote product growth Monitor markets and analyze trading data to identify opportunities to tighten bid ask spreads and premiums and discounts over time  Conduct joint client events and develop thoughtful research notes with ETF trading desks

Clients

Develop and maintain strong working relationships with retail and institutional client advisors  Assist client advisors by participating in client meetings and other events Create original content on ETF trading and current event and educate clients on the trading mechanics of ETFs and guide them toward best execution 

Required qualifications, skills and capabilities:  

5+ years of financial services experience, preferably in ETF Sales and Trading or ETF Capital Market Multi-asset knowledge including equities, fixed income and derivatives Familiarity with current exchange and regulatory landscape affecting ETFs Strong knowledge of ETF mechanics, including the factors that drive pricing Excellent communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills Effective relationship management skills and ability to build credibility with internal stakeholders Series 7, Series 63, SIE required  

Preferred qualifications, skills and capabilities:  

Strong analytical skills with the ability to break down complex problems and create effective solutions Bachelor’s degree required; CFA, MBA or advanced degree preferred Strong relationship with ETF listings exchanges and broker dealer community
