This job is part of the Investor Asset Management job function. Together with a team of professionals you will be responsible for strategic advice, implementation, and advisory on conventional and innovative investment opportunities. **What You’ll Do:** + Optimize advanced cash flow distribution through tenant management, securing rent levels and cash control. + Review high-value performance fees, cost reductions, and value growth by optimizing rental income to lower the risk profile. + Evaluate market data and assist with developing marketing and property management strategies. + Support the implementation of asset business plans such as the repositioning properties to increase their future value. + Work with Sr. property accountants to create asset management reports. Assess the performance of local property managers, in collaboration with the asset manager, and make recommendations. + Provide input for the property valuations process and carefully check valuations. + Apply general knowledge of standard principles and techniques/procedures to accomplish assigned tasks and solve routine problems. + Manage by example and model behaviours that are consistent with CBRE RISE values (Respect, Integrity, Services & Excellence). + Impact the quality of your own work and the work of others on the team. + Work primarily within standardized procedures and practices to achieve objectives and meet deadlines such as the regular evaluation of property managers and the regular evaluation of tenant satisfaction. + Explain complex information to others in straightforward situations. + Communicate with external service providers such as property managers as well as with internal colleagues from the portfolio management and accounting teams. **What You’ll Need:** + Bachelor's Degree preferred with a minimum of 1 year of relevant experience. In lieu of a degree, a combination of experience and education will be considered. + Understanding of existing procedures and standards to solve slightly complex problems. + Ability to analyze possible solutions using technical experience to apply appropriate judgment and precedents. + In-depth knowledge of Microsoft Office products. Examples include Word, Excel, Outlook, etc. + Strong organizational skills with an inquisitive mindset. + Advanced math skills.
