As a Portfolio Manager in our Multi-Asset Investment team, you will possess either broad multi-asset expertise or specialist asset class knowledge that can enhance our investment capabilities. As an experienced Portfolio Manager at the Vice President or Executive Director level, you should have a proven track record of operating within a structured and disciplined investment process.

Job responsibilities

Manage day-to-day trade execution and portfolio management processes, collaborating closely with internal partners across portfolio management, research, trading, and other relevant functions.Execute investment ideas within portfolios in a disciplined manner, with careful attention to risk budgets, portfolio sensitivities, opportunity sets and client constraints.Work within a team of portfolio managers to contribute to investment decision-making and alpha generation for multi-asset portfolios, leveraging both quantitative and fundamental research.Support portfolio construction and ongoing management for both new and existing client mandates.Participate actively in investment discussions, constructively challenging and refining ideas to enhance portfolio outcomes.Communicate portfolio performance, positioning, and market outlooks to clients, demonstrating the ability to represent the business professionally and effectively.Ensure adherence to compliance, risk management, and operational best practices.Collaborate effectively with colleagues across global offices, demonstrating flexibility to engage with international teams as needed.

 

Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills

Minimum of 8 years’ experience working in portfolio management and/or strategy and research.Strong understanding of financial markets, macroeconomics, and multi-asset investing, or deep expertise in a specific asset class relevant to multi-asset strategies.Demonstrated ability to operate with attention to detail in a fast-paced and demanding environment.Proven capability to debate, test, and discuss investment ideas within a global team of investors.Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to clearly articulate portfolio performance and market views to clients and stakeholders.Strong team orientation, with a collaborative approach and a results-driven work ethic.Evidence of drive, determination, and a commitment to delivering high-quality investment outcomes.Willingness to work flexibly in order to support collaboration with colleagues and stakeholders across different time zones.
