As an Alternative Investments Client Services Professional / Lead within our Global Transportation Group, you will be responsible for setting and improving our organizational objectives, and ensuring their consistent accomplishment. You will manage and update marketing materials, RFPs, and client reports to support client growth and service for global alternative investment strategies. You will collaborate with internal teams and clients, ensuring timely, accurate, and high-quality delivery of all materials and responses.
Job Responsibilities :
Prepare and update marketing collateral, including strategy pitch books and product profiles.Lead the development and completion of RFPs, RFIs, DDQs, and client questionnaires.Collaborate with internal RFP and investment teams to ensure high-quality submissions.Complete updates to consultant databases in coordination with dedicated teams.Work with internal groups, consultants, and clients to address questions and deliver timely responses.Update and maintain internal databases, client cash flows, and fund AUM records monthly and quarterly.Assist with fund-level reporting, including client statements, snapshots, and webcast materials.Review data and reports, identifying and resolving gaps or issues independently.Identify and implement efficiency initiatives to improve team productivity.Participate in weekly meetings, information shares, and fund webcasts.Ensure timely, accurate, and high-quality delivery of all client and consultant materials.Required qualifications, capabilities and skills :
Possess at least 4 years’ experience in financial product analysis, marketing, or client services in Real Assets or Alternatives.Hold an MBA in Finance and/or CFA certification, with foundational accounting knowledge.Demonstrate excellent written and verbal communication skills.Exhibit strong analytical and organizational abilities.Maintain a meticulous approach to work, ensuring data accuracy.Show advanced proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint.Manage time effectively and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.Work comfortably in a fast-paced environment across multiple time zones.Be detail-oriented, organized, and proactive in identifying improvements.Preferred qualifications, capabilities and skills:
Experience with open-ended funds.Advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills.Strong time management and multitasking abilities.Experience in Real Assets or Alternatives.Excellent communication and organizational skills.Ability to work across global teams and time zones.Possess knowledge of the maritime or global transportation domain (a plus).Shift Timing: EMEA (2.30pm to 11.30pm)
