Asset Management – Global Real Estate Investment Specialist Support - Associate

As an Investment Specialist within our Global Real Estate team, you will be responsible for setting and improving our organizational objectives, and ensuring their consistent accomplishment.

 

Job Responsibilities:

Prepare and update marketing collaterals, including strategy pitch books, product profiles, and ad-hoc materials.Complete updates to consultant databases in collaboration with the dedicated team.Respond to requests for proposals (RFPs), requests for information (RFIs), and due diligence questionnaires; prepare competitor analysis on Real Estate funds.Collaborate with internal teams, consultants, and clients to answer questions and resolve issues, ensuring timely and accurate responses.Update and maintain internal databases, client cash flows, fund AUMs, and other records on a monthly and quarterly basis.Assist with fund-level reporting for all investors, including client statements, snapshots, and quarterly/annual reports.Review data and reports to identify gaps and issues, maintaining a high level of competency.Identify and implement efficiency initiatives to improve team productivity.Participate in weekly meetings, information-sharing sessions, and fund webcasts.Support the growth of the business by expanding existing relationships and delivering new products.Ensure quality and accuracy in all client-facing materials and communications.

 

Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills:

At least 4years’ experience in financial product analysis, marketing, or client services in real estate marketsExcellent written and verbal communication, analytical, and organizational skills.Detail-oriented and organized, with a meticulous approach to ensuring data accuracy.Strong time management skills and ability to multi-task.Advanced proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint.

Comfort working in a fast-paced environment across multiple time zones.

 

 

Preferred qualifications, capabilities, and skills:

CFA is a plus.
