As a Trading Associate on the EMEA Equity Trading Desk, you will execute trades in equity and equity-linked instruments across EMEA markets. You’ll collaborate with Portfolio Managers, technology, and analytics teams to enhance trading execution and strategies. In this role, you will manage trading costs, communicate market insights, and build strong relationships with the brokerage community. Your work will help deliver the best outcomes for our clients and support the ongoing evolution of our trading platform.

Job responsibilitiesExecute orders for internal clients across J.P. Morgan Asset Management in equity and equity-linked instruments.Manage and monitor trading costs and market impact to ensure optimal execution.Collaborate with Technology and Trading Analytics teams to drive data-driven improvements in trading strategies.Communicate effectively with Portfolio Managers on execution strategies and intra-trade market insights.Build and maintain strong relationships with the brokerage community as a representative of J.P.
