Job SummaryAs an Investment Specialist in the Customized Bond Portfolios team within Global Fixed Income, Currency and Commodities, you will act as a key representative for international fixed income strategies. You will partner closely with portfolio managers, sales teams, and clients to deliver portfolio insights, develop marketing content, and drive business growth. Your role will involve analyzing portfolios, leading client meetings, and supporting product development and sales strategies. You will help ensure our investment capabilities are clearly communicated and effectively positioned in the market.
Job responsibilities Represent international fixed income strategies and collaborate with portfolio managers and the Investment Specialist team. Engage with sales teams across distribution channels to develop and execute distribution strategies. Analyze portfolio positioning, analytics, and performance results to provide actionable insights. Develop dynamic marketing content to position strategies in evolving market environments. Lead client meetings, including pitches, portfolio reviews, and internal strategy sessions. Serve as the primary point of contact for clients on market and investment matters. Partner with client advisors to pursue new business opportunities and facilitate RFPs and pitch decks. Maintain a deep understanding of fixed income investment portfolios and communicate insights effectively. Build and maintain strong relationships with investment desks, clients, and distribution teams. Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills Extensive knowledge and experience in global fixed income markets and sectors, especially international strategies. Proven track record in developing business across retail and institutional investor segments. Excellent responsiveness and problem-solving skills with high attention to detail. Ability to work proactively and creatively in a collaborative team environment. Strong interpersonal and presentation skills, with the ability to engage clients and colleagues at all levels. Ability to excel in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple deliverables. Dynamic and credible communicator with excellent presentation skills. Demonstrated leadership skills. Preferred qualifications, capabilities, and skills Advanced degree or certification, such as MBA or CFA. Experience with separately managed accounts.
