As a Treasury Associate within the treasury team, you will develop a solid understanding of Asset and Wealth Management Credit business and be able to articulate trends and business promoters for management decision support. Responsibilities include daily/weekly/monthly deliverables coordination and automation of the processes. The person will work closely with the treasurer, mortgage/lending leads and also with the corporate treasury to manage the day to day responsibilities.  

Job Responsibilities 

Manage daily/weekly management reports which includes key business metrics for Asset and Wealth Management credit business that majorly focusses on the Mortgage and wholesale lendingPerform ad-hoc analysis for management meetings and strategic reviews (e.g., Operating Committee Review, Regional Business and Finance Townhall, Investor Day, etc.)Directly work with AWM Mortgage profitability and Lending profitability leads and perform in-depth analysis and support on recurring reports and process e.g: return on equity on mortgages/lending book, profitability, production, pricing for Mortgage bookEnhance controls for existing  process utilized for mortgage and lending business and automation where possible.Collaborate with automation/technology team and play a role of business analyst and perform UAT testing and implement reporting changes.Contribute ideas in analyzing business, improving reporting capabilities and delivering new projects with focus to achieve the objectives of the treasury team. 

Required qualifications, capabilities and skills 

Minimum of CA or an MBA in Finance is required3+ years of Finance experience in Financial Services and avid user of technology to bring in efficiencies.Advanced skills in Excel and MS Access a must with strong working knowledge of at least one new age tools i.e Alteryx/Python/Tableau. Strong quantitative, analytical, and problem solving skills & positive attitude to demonstrate intellectual curiosityExcellent organizational, management, both verbal & written communication skills with the ability to articulate complex issues clearly.Highly motivated, able to thrive, comfortable with frequently changing priorities and think clearly under pressure and tight deadlines.Team oriented, inquisitive and able to build strong partnerships with colleagues, desire to learn quickly, be flexible and think strategically

Preferred qualifications, capabilities and skills

MBA/CFA with BE/B.Tech preferredExperience in coding/hands on development in technology is mustNew Age technologies ( Alteryx/Python/tableau) working experience preferred
