As a Trading Services Associate within the Asset and Wealth Management group, you will be responsible for processing trade capture, lifecycle events, and settlements of OTC Derivatives traded with Private Bank Clients. You will adhere strictly to Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), escalate business risk incidents timely, and focus on process transformation to ensure scalability, effective controls management, and a customer-centric approach. You value excellence, can work independently with minimal supervision, and collaborate effectively with business partners across the value chain.
Job Responsibilities:
Perform thorough validation checks on trade booking tickets received from Investors and Trading desk, ensuring adherence to SOPs. Conduct in-depth analysis and remediation of complex booking scenarios, collaborating with business partners for effective problem-solving. Maintain a comprehensive understanding of SOPs, ensuring strict adherence and documenting any deviations. Identify and promptly escalate potential business risk incidents, collaborating with stakeholders to mitigate risks. Continuously evaluate and identify opportunities for process improvement, participating in initiatives to enhance scalability and efficiency. Implement best practices to ensure robust controls management. Collaborate effectively with business partners across the value chain to ensure alignment and effective problem-solving. Maintain accurate records of all risk incidents and actions taken. Ensure the risk framework is optimal by leveraging domain knowledge and understanding of the process across various risks. Stay up-to-date with changes to SOPs and ensure compliance. Take ownership of updates and ensure timely resolution of discrepancies or issues.Required Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills:
Over 5 years of experience in trading services, trade support, or middle office roles. Knowledge of front-to-back operations processes, including ISDA & Dodd Frank documentation, settlements, and regulatory reporting. Understanding of derivatives and hedging products, with familiarity in trading platforms Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Excellent attention to detail and accuracy. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.Preferred Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills:
Experience with trading platforms like Murex. Familiarity with regulatory reporting requirements. Advanced problem-solving and analytical skills.
