We are currently seeking an Asset Management Analyst for a fixed term of 6 months. This is an ideal role for a Graduate or an individual with 1 to 2 years’ experience who wants to work within an Asset/ Facilities Management environment, working with data and technology to achieve outcomes for our clients. This role can be based in either Auckland or Wellington.

This role is ideal for a solution-driven individual with a continuous improvement mindset who thrives on collaboration and client engagement initiatives.  The Asset Management Analyst will be responsible for the management and governance of asset and preventative maintenance data that will support the overall asset management framework and strategic plans across our client portfolio.

You will have the opportunity to develop your knowledge base, analytical skills, and reporting ability within one of the world’s leading property companies.

About the job:

Management and governance of all asset data, ensuring a high standard of quality. This will include inputting new data and revising current data,

Supporting asset data collection activities for new clients,

Create and maintain Planned Maintenance schedules,

Ensure all systems are maintained and up to date with all client asset information.

Supporting Cushman & Wakefield's reporting requirements,

Project work relating to data migration and process improvement.

About you:

Experience within in the asset management or facilities management industry or experience with data management

The ability to work autonomously with minimal direction.

Intermediate or above MS Excel skills are essential.

Experience with data analysis.

The ability to multitask, pre-plan and meet deadlines is essential.

Working knowledge of Asset Management software packages is advantageous.
