**Job Title: Assembly Worker** **Job Description** Join our dynamic team as an Assembly Worker in an industrial manufacturing environment. You will use various hand tools, power tools, and small machinery to assemble products according to Standard Work Documentation, Manufacturing Instructions, and Quality Plans. This role involves both sitting and standing tasks and includes opportunities for electrical assembly and soldering. Responsibilities also include testing bearings and assembling actuators for various clients. **Responsibilities** + Perform mechanical assembly using hand and power tools. + Follow step-by-step manufacturing instructions and quality plans. + Test bearings and assemble actuators. + Ensure all assembled products weigh 30 lbs or less. + Collaborate effectively in a team setting. + Inspect and package finished products. **Essential Skills** + Experience with hand and power tools. + Ability to follow detailed instructions. + Mechanically inclined with strong assembly skills. + Capability to lift and handle products safely. **Additional Skills & Qualifications** + Previous experience in a manufacturing setting is preferred. + Strong work ethic, reliability, and attendance. + Experience with soldering and using a tape measure is a plus. **Job Type & Location** This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Garden Prairie, IL. **Pay and Benefits** The pay range for this position is $17.00 - $17.00/hr.
