**Job Title: Assembler** Job Description Join a leading industry innovator in robotic automation and material handling equipment. Specializing in advanced machinery, our company manufactures sophisticated palletizers and multi-line case palletizing systems. Work with us to deliver high-quality solutions for the Food and Beverage and Chemical industries, partnering with prominent brands. Responsibilities + Utilize machine drawings, assembly drawings, control schematics, and bills of materials to build proficiently according to specifications and troubleshoot as needed. + Perform wiring and work with control panels. + Engage in reducing or eliminating non-value-added work across the organization. + Proficiently use hand tools for tasks such as structural assembly, mechanical drive assembly, fluid control assembly, guard and cover assembly, and simple electrical assembly, ensuring quality workmanship and efficiency. + Complete quality assurance checks for Blue Books. + Provide accurate documentation, including labor reporting, material issue/returns, material moves, and material scrap reports. + Execute inventory re-ordering policies, including 'Kanban'. + Prepare equipment for shipment, including machine teardown. Essential Skills + 1+ year of experience in Electrical Assembly. + Proficiency in reading and interpreting blueprints. + Skilled in using hand and power tools. + Experience in mechanical assembly. Additional Skills & Qualifications + Experience in general labor and assembling. + Strong documentation and problem-solving skills. Why Work Here?
