Job Description
Join our team as an Assembly Worker, where you will play a crucial role in the assembly and inspection of circuit boards and related components, ensuring they meet quality standards. Your expertise will contribute to the efficient production of high-quality electronic products.
Responsibilities
+ Mount components onto circuit boards.
+ Assemble circuit boards by following detailed blueprints daily.
+ Conduct visual inspections of circuit boards to ensure they meet quality specifications.
+ Perform light testing to verify correct soldering.
+ Assemble housing for PC boards according to customer orders.
+ Construct wire harnesses and cable assemblies.
+ Utilize light hand tools for assembly tasks.
+ Interpret and use electronic blueprints and schematics.
Essential Skills
+ Experience with electronic assembly and mechanical assembly.
+ Ability to read and interpret blueprints and schematics.
+ Proficiency in using hand and power tools.
+ Experience with soldering and electrical wiring.
+ Capability to work in a cleanroom environment.
Additional Skills & Qualifications
+ 3 months of electronic assembly experience.
+ Familiarity with inspection and quality control processes.
+ Understanding of J-Standard Certification (to be obtained within 90 days).

Work Environment

Job Type & Location
This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Mankato, Minnesota.
**Pay and Benefits**
The pay range for this position is $16.00 - $20.00/hr.
