**Assembly Worker - Marengo, IL** **1st/2nd Shift** **$17-$20/hr** **Job Description** Join our team as an assembly worker in an industrial manufacturing environment where you will utilize various hand tools, power tools, and small machinery. You will work in a team setting to assemble products according to Standard Work Documentation, Manufacturing Instructions, and Quality Plans. This role may involve electrical assembly and soldering, testing bearings, and assembling actuators. **Responsibilities** + Perform assembly tasks using hand and power tools. + Follow Standard Work Documentation, Manufacturing Instructions, and Quality Plans. + Conduct electrical assembly and soldering as needed. + Test bearings using thread rolls. + Assemble actuators for various clients. + Lift and assemble products weighing 30 lbs or less. **Essential Skills** + Experience with hand and power tools. + Ability to follow detailed instructions and documentation. + General labor skills including lifting and packing. + Proficiency in soldering and using a tape measure. **Additional Skills & Qualifications** + Previous experience in a manufacturing setting preferred. + Strong work ethic and reliability. + Excellent attendance record. **Why Work Here?** Enjoy a $3/hour shift premium for 2nd shift workers and access to a full cafeteria with hot and cold meals.
