Assembly Worker
**Description** + This is an entry-level position responsible for basic assembly, testing and packaging of electronic parts (speakers, metal brackets, microphones, etc.). This position is competent in a variety of tasks within the warehouse and benefits from knowledge of commonly used concepts, practices and procedures within the industry of electronic component assembly and production. **Qualifications:** Must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily, and possess the following skills: + Able to read, write and understand English to effectively fulfill job duties. Able to understand verbal and visual directions. + Basic mechanical aptitude; skill with small hand tools (screwdriver, pliers, wire strippers, etc.) + Can effectively work and remain flexible, professional and courteous in a fast paced, Lean Manufacturing, cross-functional team environment. + Good hearing: Able to learn and apply sound performance specifications. + While performing the duties of this job, the employee will need to sit, stand, hear, listen and perform other actions typical of a warehouse environment. The employee may also have to lift and/or move up to 40 pounds. **Pay and Benefits** The pay range for this position is $14.00 - $18.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
