We are now looking for a skilled and motivated Assembler & Tester to join our Assembly & Test (A&T) team working afternoon shifts. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with strong attention to detail, a hands-on approach, and a passion for high-quality engineering.

As an Assembler & Tester, you will carry out sub-assembly and disassembly of valves, manifolds, and actuators, ensuring that all products meet Moog’s world-class quality and performance standards. You’ll work closely with engineering, colleagues across A&T, and occasionally customers, contributing to a clean, safe, and efficient working environment.

Key Responsibilities

Clean new and aftermarket parts/assemblies ahead of build workPerform flow-matching operations using Amp StandsCarry out wire-locking, labelling, and finishing activitiesAssist engineering, external departments, customers, and A&T colleagues when requiredTrain and support new starters within the teamWork from approved documentation including engineering drawings, worksheets, WIs, ATWs, RTWs, CMMs, EIs, EEIs and other controlled processesAccurately update operation sheets and travellersInspect your own work in line with Quality Audit standardsMaintain a clean, organised workspace in line with 5SAssemble/disassemble components using hand tools, gauges, and measurement equipmentFollow lean manufacturing principles and Moog valuesMeet target standard times and quality standardsWork safely and promote a safe working environment
