Role Overview:
As an Assembler, you’ll be responsible for assembling fabricated parts, conducting tests, and calibrating mechanisms to ensure they meet strict product specifications. Working with hand and power tools, you’ll play a key role in making sure our products are built to perfection, all while adhering to safety standards and quality controls. Whether it’s assembling units or repairing parts that fall out of tolerance, your attention to detail will be essential in delivering high-quality results.
Job Description: As a Aerospace Assembler, you will be responsible for constructing, maintaining, and testing mechanical equipment, machinery, and components. This role involves identifying parts for replacement, ordering new parts as necessary, and ensuring compliance with safety regulations.
Key Responsibilities:
Work on aviation APU’s, fuel valves & pumps.
Participate in sub-assembly units, testing, and repair.
Follow blueprints for precise assembly and testing.
Record and analyze test results.
Exercise creativity in problem-solving.
1-2 years of assembly experience required.
Requirements:
Knowledge of commonly-used concepts, practices, and procedures within the field.
Ability to lift up to 30lbs without significant repetitions.
Steel-toed shoes are required.
Candidates must be U.S. citizens.
Subject to background and drug test including THC
What You’ll Do:
Assemble fabricated parts at designated floor stations using both hand and power tools.
Test and calibrate parts and mechanisms to meet precise tolerances and product specifications.
Identify and repair units that fail tests or do not meet tolerance levels.
Follow established guidelines and instructions to complete assembly tasks.
Ensure all work meets safety and quality standards.
Collaborate with supervisors and team members to optimize the production process.
Required Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent.
Ability to use hand tools and power tools safely and effectively.
Basic knowledge of assembly processes and product specifications.
Ability to follow instructions and pre-established guidelines to perform job functions.
Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
Willingness to complete apprenticeship or formal training, as needed.
Preferred Qualifications:
1-2 years of experience in an assembly or related field.
Familiarity with basic testing and calibration techniques.
A proactive attitude toward learning and skill development.

Pay Details: $20.50 per hour
