Our client, a leader in the manufacturing industry, is seeking an Assembly Technician to join their team. As an Assembly Technician, you will be part of the production department supporting various teams. The ideal candidate will have strong attention to detail, effective communication skills, and the ability to work collaboratively, which will align successfully in the organization.
**Job Title:** Assembly Technician
**Location:** Redmond, WA
**Pay Range:** $26.75/hr
**Shift:** 3rd Shift Mon-Thurs 5pm-4am
**What's the Job?**
+ Assemble fabricated parts at floor stations.
+ Test and calibrate parts and mechanisms to meet tolerances and product specifications.
+ Utilize hand tools and power tools to assemble units according to product specifications.
+ Identify units that fail tests or tolerance levels and repair as necessary.
+ Follow instructions and pre-established guidelines to perform job functions.
**What's Needed?**
+ High school diploma or equivalent.
+ 2-4 years of experience in the field or in a related area.
+ Knowledge of commonly-used concepts, practices, and procedures within the manufacturing field.
+ Ability to lift up to 30 lbs. without significant repetitions.
+ Willingness to work under immediate supervision.
