About the RoleAre you a hands-on problem solver with a passion for precision? We’re seeking a dedicated Assembly Technician to join our Production team. You’ll play a key role in assembling and testing mechanical products that meet rigorous quality standards. From hydro testing to performance analysis, your work will directly impact the reliability of our products in the field.
What You’ll DoAssemble mechanical components and conduct hydro/performance testingEnsure product compliance with documentation and specificationsDisassemble and analyze field-returned products; prepare failure reports and perform repairsLabel and package products per established proceduresOperate forklifts and pallet jacks for loading/unloadingPerform general shop duties and cross-train in alternate areasSupport additional projects and tasks as assignedWhat You BringHigh school diploma required; journeyman training in a mechanical trade is a plus2+ years of experience in mechanical equipment assembly (non-electronic)Proficiency with hand tools, press fits, bearings, and general assembly proceduresForklift certification and ability to lift 40 lbs unassistedSkilled in using micrometers, calipers, and reading technical documentationStrong mechanical aptitude, manual dexterity, and computer literacyAbility to interpret machine and assembly drawingsExcellent communication skills and a team-oriented mindsetBonus SkillsManual machining experienceSelf-starter attitude with a focus on quality and reliabilityAbility to stay on task under pressure and adapt to changing prioritiesWhy Join Us?

The pay range for this position is $22.00 - $23.00/hr.
