ASSEMBLY TECHNICIAN

Work Schedule:

Onsite – Baguio Philippines

Under the supervision of the Cell Leader, the Assembly Technician plays a critical role in ensuring the quality and reliability of servo valves and sub-assemblies through precise assembly and testing operations. This position directly contributes to the department’s performance metrics and overall business objectives.

To be considered for this role, here’s what you’ll need to bring with you:

Education & Experience:

A.  Graduate of a 3-year technological course; or

B.  Graduate of a 2-year trade course with at least 1 y1-yearlated work experience; or

             C.  Graduate of a 6-month vocational course with at least 2½ years related work experience; or

D.   Completed at least 3 years engineering with at least 1-yearlated work experience; or

Completed 4 to 5 years engineering.

Skills and Knowledge:

1. Good eye-hand coordination in performing assembly & test work.

2. Read and interpret assembly drawings and worksheets

3. Visual inspection of parts against non-conformities

4. Working knowledge of the Lean Management System, Problem Solving and Continuous Improvement as well as Zero Defect Mindset supporting the Moog Quality System.
