Location: Issaquah, WA

Shift: 6 AM - 4:30 PM, M-Th

Pay: $20-23+/hr, depending on experience

Job Description

As an Assembly Technician, you will be responsible for measuring products pulled for assembly, performing visual inspections, and taking internal clearance measurements. You will also perform part marking with chemical or laser etching equipment and deliver finished products for quality verification or shipment. Completing inspection reports and shop travelers is a part of your duties, along with performing basic math to ensure product specifications are met. You will need to read and interpret documents such as drawings, safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals.

Responsibilities

Measure product pulled for assembly and perform visual inspection.Clean the person balls and take internal clearance measurements.Perform part marking with chemical or laser etching equipment.Deliver finished product for quality verification or shipment.Complete inspection reports and shop travelers.Perform basic math including adding, subtracting, multiplying, and dividing in all units of measure using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals.Read and interpret documents such as drawings, safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals.

Essential Skills

Mechanical aptitude and assembly skills.Experience in a manufacturing environment and operations.Ability to use hand tools.Proficient with calipers and micrometers.Ability to frequently lift 25 lbs and occasionally lift 70 lbs.Finger dexterity.Reading and interpreting blueprints and operating instructions.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

1 year of relevant experience.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $23.00/hr.
