Job Summary:
A qualified candidate will perform a wide variety of assembly operations on electronic modules, printed circuit boards, and cable assemblies of various sizes and types. Candidates will follow drawings, methods, and sequences of operations while also making setups, documenting assembly’s manufacturing status, and verifying equipment certifications as required.
Job Responsibilities:
Prepares and assembles work to be accomplished by auditing corresponding kit, traveler, assembly instructions, schematics, and other drawings Provide inputs to Production documentation while assembling of any possible redlines. Must continuously meet/exceed production schedules and deadlines according to quality standards. Maintain travelers, logs, and forms accurately, consistent with company policies and procedures. Other duties as assigned by management
Required Qualifications:
Typically requires 3+ years of work experience in a manufacturing organization. Must be able to lift 35 lbs Experience in soldering or complex mechanical assembly. Experience managing multiple tasks and working in a high-paced environment. Experience reading assembly drawings and diagrams Experience reading wire color codes Experience using hand/power tools, jigs, and saws Experience with industry-standard ESD practices. Experience with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook).Preferred Qualifications:
Certified to solder per IPC-J-STD High School Diploma or equivalent. Good written and oral communication skills. Enthusiastic, cooperative, and positive team-oriented behavior. Problem-solving skills.
