Job Description
This position is a 1st shift assembly role supporting the chain build department, currently operating Monday through Thursday from 6:00 AM to 4:30 PM, with mandatory overtime on Fridays from 6:00 AM to either 2:30 PM or 4:30 PM. Employees have the opportunity to work up to 50 hours per week. The assembly process involves a team of three, where each team member has specific responsibilities at their workstation. Tasks include using hand tools and other equipment to assemble chains, passing them to the next person for further assembly.
Responsibilities
Participate in the chain assembly process within a team of three.Use hand tools and other tools to assemble parts.Read instructions and perform mechanical assembly tasks.Ensure each portion of the assembly is completed before passing to the next team member.Essential Skills

Work Environment

The company recently moved into the current facility and is in the process of updating work instructions, prints, and the layout as part of an internal facelift.

Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $20.00 - $21.00/hr.
