**Job Title: Assembly Technician** **Job Description** The company specializes in producing composite building materials that are installed as infrastructure in data centers, generator farms, and other manufacturing settings. **Responsibilities** + Assemble rails, stairs, and treads for walkways. + Utilize clips, bolts, nuts, and brackets. + Use a measuring tape and speed square to align components. + Interpret blueprints to get build specifications. + Use electric and air-powered tools. + Operate miter saw and band saw. + Plug lengths and dimensions into a computer for auto measuring on the tool. + Glue some parts together. **Essential Skills** + Fluent use of tape measures and rulers. + Proficient use of hand and power tools. + Ability to read and interpret blueprints. + Driven and desire to continually learn. + Custom fabrication skills. **Additional Skills & Qualifications** + Experience in custom fabrication is a plus. **Why Work Here?** Enjoy a comprehensive benefits package including a 401K with a 4% match, medical, dental, and vision coverage, company-paid long-term and short-term disability, 80 hours of paid time off immediately upon direct hire, and paid holidays. **Work Environment** Work in an organized, climate-controlled environment. The position operates on a first shift schedule from 6:30 am to 3:00 pm, Monday to Friday, with voluntary overtime available. **Job Type & Location** This is a Contract position based out of Miamisburg, OH. **Pay and Benefits** The pay range for this position is $23.50 - $23.50/hr.
