Assembly Technician
**Immediate Hiring: Assembler** **Job Description** We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Assembler to join our production team. As an Assembler, you will be responsible for constructing mattress foundations, bed frames, and furniture components according to company specifications and quality standards. This role requires manual dexterity, attention to detail, and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. **Responsibilities** + Assemble mattress and furniture components using hand tools, power tools, and assembly equipment. + Read and follow blueprints, diagrams, and work orders to ensure accurate assembly. + Inspect parts and finished products for defects and ensure quality standards are met. + Perform basic measurements and adjustments to ensure proper fit and alignment. + Maintain a clean and organized work area. + Report any material shortages, equipment issues, or quality concerns to the supervisor. + Follow safety procedures and wear appropriate protective gear. + Assist with packaging and preparing finished products for shipment as needed. **Essential Skills** + 1+ year experience in construction, home remodeling, mechanical assembly, production line assembly, pre-fab construction, or a related field. + Basic knowledge of power tool operation. + Ability to safely operate hand and power tools. + Attention to detail and ability to work overtime. **Additional Skills & Qualifications** + Previous experience in manufacturing or assembly preferred. + Ability to read and interpret assembly instructions and diagrams. + Basic math and measurement skills. + Good hand-eye coordination and physical stamina. + Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods. + Team-oriented with a strong work ethic. **Why Work Here?** Join a locally owned company that offers long-term stability and plenty of opportunities for overtime.
