Assembly Technician
**Job Title: Electro-Mechanical Technician** **Job Description** Join our team as an Electro-Mechanical Technician, where you'll play a crucial role in assembling electro-mechanical products. You will work closely with engineering instructions, technical manuals, and training to ensure precision and quality in every assembly task. **Responsibilities** + Assemble electro-mechanical products in accordance with engineering instructions and technical manuals. + Follow written instructions to execute tasks in a standard and repeatable manner. + Perform wiring harness and cable assembly, including conducting continuity checks on final assemblies. + Apply technical standards, such as J-STD-001 and IPC/WHMA-A-620, to ensure compliance of manufactured hardware. + Utilize small hand tools, calibrated equipment, soldering/desoldering equipment, and meters effectively. + Maintain detailed records of work completed, adhering to good documentation practices. + Handle all materials according to documented processes and procedures. + Demonstrate a strong attention to detail and a commitment to quality. + Willingness to perform additional tasks as assigned. **Essential Skills** + Minimum of 2 years of related experience or additional education. + High School Degree or equivalent. + Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality work. + Demonstrate dependability within a team to achieve common goals. **Additional Skills & Qualifications** + Experience with electronics or cable assemblies preferred. + Experience with circuit board level soldering and desoldering preferred. + Experience in masking, conformal coating, connector potting, component staking, or component bonding preferred. + Basic ability to utilize computer software such as Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel. + Responsible, self-motivated, and solid work ethic. **Why Work Here?** We offer a collaborative environment that values quality and precision in every task.
