**Assembly Technician** **Location:** Issaquah, WA **Shift:** 1st Shift 7AM - 4:30PM **Pay:** $20-23/hr **Job Description** As an Assembly Technician, you will measure products pulled for assembly, perform visual inspections, and clean components while taking internal clearance measurements. You will be responsible for part marking using chemical or laser etching equipment and delivering finished products for quality verification or shipment. Additionally, you will complete inspection reports and shop travelers as needed. Your role requires performing basic math operations to ensure product specifications are met and reading and interpreting drawings, safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals. **Please don't hesitate to apply, you never know if you are the right fit until you give it a shot!** **Responsibilities** + Measure products pulled for assembly and perform visual inspections. + Clean components and take internal clearance measurements. + Perform part marking using chemical or laser etching equipment. + Deliver finished products for quality verification or shipment. + Complete inspection reports and shop travelers. + Perform basic math operations including addition, subtraction, multiplication, and division in all units of measure. + Read and interpret documents such as drawings, safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals. **Essential Skills** + Proficiency in using hand tools. + Mechanical aptitude and experience in mechanical assembly. + Understanding of manufacturing processes and operations. + Minimum of 1 year of relevant experience in a manufacturing environment. + Ability to frequently lift 25 lbs and occasionally lift 70 lbs. + Finger dexterity for handling components. + Proficient in reading drawings, safety rules, operating instructions, and procedure manuals. + Experience with calipers, micrometers, and blueprint reading. **Why Work Here?** We offer excellent medical, dental, and vision coverage eligible from the first of the month after 30 days of employment.
