**Job Title: Assembly Technician** **Job Description** Join a dynamic team in the semiconductor industry as an Assembly Technician. This role involves assembling small wafer and sensor components, working with microscopes, and performing a variety of tasks in a cleanroom environment. You will be part of a team that manufactures critical components for the semiconductor industry. **Responsibilities** + Assemble small wafer and sensor components using a microscope and tweezers for 30% of the day. + Perform light soldering of components under a microscope for 10% of the job. + Conduct wire bonding, quality inspection, packaging, documentation, and preparation for shipping. + Work in a full cleanroom environment, pulling work orders from the computer system and documenting processes digitally. **Essential Skills** + 1+ year of experience in medical or electronic assembly. + 3+ months of experience in microscope assembly. + Proficiency in reading, writing, and communicating in English. + Must be a ITAR compliant + Comfortable working in a cleanroom environment. **Additional Skills & Qualifications** + Soldering experience is a plus. + Experience in a cleanroom environment is beneficial. + Lead or trainer experience is advantageous. + Experience with inspection or packaging is a plus. + Wire bonding experience is highly desirable. **Why Work Here?** Enjoy working in an extremely clean and organized environment with a family-oriented culture that promotes from within. Initially, this position will be part-time for 20-30 hours per week, transitioning to a full-time, long-term role. Flexibility in scheduling is offered, preferring a consistent schedule if possible. **Job Type & Location** This is a Contract to Hire position based out of White Bear Lake, Minnesota. **Pay and Benefits** The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $24.00/hr.
