**Job Title: Assembly Technician - 1st Shift - $23.50/hr** **Responsibilities** + Assemble rails, stairs, and treads for walkways using clips, bolts, nuts, and brackets. + Utilize a measuring tape and speed square to align components accurately. + Interpret blueprints to obtain build specifications. + Operate electric and air-powered tools, including miter saws and band saws. + Plug lengths and dimensions into computers for automated measuring on tools. + Glue some parts together as required. **Essential Skills** + Fluent use of tape measures and rulers. + Proficiency with hand and power tools. + Ability to read and interpret blueprints. + Driven and eager to continually learn, especially in custom fabrication. **Why Work Here?** We offer a supportive work environment with a comprehensive benefits package including a 401K with a 4% match, medical, dental, and vision coverage, company-paid long-term and short-term disability insurance, 80 hours of paid time off immediately upon direct hire, and paid holidays. **Work Environment** Enjoy working in an organized, climate-controlled environment, though bay doors are typically open during summer months, allowing the space to become warm.
