**Assembly Technician** We are seeking skilled **Assemblers** to join our team at the largest tech company driving innovation worldwide. **Location:** Kirkland, WA **Pay:** $27.00/hr, increasing to $32–$33/hr upon hire **Shift Options:** + **Day Shift:** 6:00 AM – 4:30 PM, OT if needed + **Night Shift:** 5:00 PM – 3:30 AM, OT if needed **Schedule:** Sunday – Wednesday or Wednesday – Saturday Our mission is to provide fast, reliable internet access to communities around the world, especially those without consistent connectivity. As we move toward full-scale satellite production, we are looking for skilled **Satellite Assembly Technicians** to join our team. **Key Responsibilities** As an Assembly Technicians, you will play a vital role in assembling and testing various electrical and mechanical components, ensuring our satellites meet high-performance standards. Your responsibilities will include: + Assembling and testing avionic LRUs, electromechanical assemblies, fiber-optic components, and PCBAs with high precision + Executing component and system-level test procedures + Maintaining and calibrating lab equipment + Supporting preventative maintenance on test equipment and data acquisition systems + Managing floor stock inventory and identifying process improvements + Receiving shipments and coordinating deliveries + Championing safety requirements in all designated workspaces + Contributing to updates in SOPs and safety procedures **Required Qualifications:** + **High school diploma or equivalent** + **1+ years of experience in a high-traceability manufacturing environment** or a relevant trade school certification + **1+ years of experience with hand tools** , such as calipers, multi-meters, and torque wrenches + **1+ years of experience using test tools** and methods for system validation + Ability to **read, interpret, and work from engineering documentation and drawings** + **Export Control: US Persons documents** **Additional Requirements** + Ability to stand for long periods, climb ladders, bend, grasp, pull, push, stoop, and stretch as needed + Ability to lift up to **25 lbs. unassisted. 45lb team lift** This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Kirkland, Washington.
