**Job Title: Assembly Technician $22-$25**
**Position Overview**
We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented assembly Technician to join our team in producing high-performance hydraulic positioning equipment. In this hands-on role, you will be responsible for assembling mechanical components and subassemblies, interpreting technical schematics and blueprints, and ensuring all equipment meets quality and performance standards.
**Key Responsibilities**
+ Assemble mechanical components and subassemblies with precision and care.
+ Read and interpret schematics, blueprints, and assembly instructions.
+ Test assembled equipment and replace or repair any failed components.
+ Position and align parts manually or using hoists and other mechanical aids.
+ Operate hand tools, power tools, and machinery to complete assembly tasks.
**Preferred Qualifications**
+ Proven experience in mechanical assembly and troubleshooting.
+ Proficiency with hand tools, power tools, and mechanical equipment.
+ Strong ability to read and interpret technical drawings and schematics.
+ Associate degree in Electrical Engineering or a related technical field (or equivalent experience).

**Pay and Benefits**
The pay range for this position is $22.00 - $25.00/hr.
