**Assembly Technician**

**Position Details**
+ **Pay:** $21–$23/hour
+ **Schedule:** Monday–Thursday, 5:00 AM – 3:30 PM (4 days a week 10 hour shift)
+ **Overtime:** Occasional, based on business needs
**Key Responsibilities**
As an Assembly Technician, you will:
+ Assemble and adjust components according to standardized procedures and safety protocols
+ Utilize industrial power tools and mechanical lifting devices to handle and assemble parts
+ Apply lean manufacturing principles to drive continuous improvement and reduce waste
+ Ensure consistent quality by following inspection standards and identifying defects
**Minimum Qualifications**
+ 2+ years of experience in assembly, manufacturing, or similar industrial environments
+ Familiar with wiring and electrical testing equipment
+ Experience reading electrical schematics
+ Experience using hand and power tools
+ Able to work overtime as requested
+ Ability to lift up to 35 lbs and perform physically repetitive tasks while standing or sitting for extended periods
+ Stable work history with demonstrated growth and responsibility
**Bonus Skills We're Prioritizing**
+ Proficient in mechanical and electronic assembly, including wiring harnesses and control panels
+ Skilled in reading and interpreting blueprints, wiring diagrams, and technical schematics
+ Strong understanding of quality control, inspection processes, and safety standards
+ Experience with preventative maintenance and troubleshooting electrical systems
+ Confident in wire stripping, crimping, connector installation, and proper cable management
+ Comfortable using a variety of hand tools and power tools in a fast-paced environment
+ Continuous work history with progressive movement is preferred.
