📍Assembly Technician & Production Techs – Hiring NOW!

Due to a sharp increase in customer demand, we’re expanding production and launching a second shift at our Harlan, IA facility. We’re looking for 3–5 skilled Assemblers to help us tackle a growing backlog. This project is expected to last 3–6 months, with the potential to become permanent.

🕒 Shift Details:

Schedule: Monday–ThursdayPay: $20/hour + $2/hour shift differentialPerks: 3-day weekends!

🛠️ Responsibilities:

Assemble cable and cord reelsWork with mechanical and electrical componentsUse hand and power toolsRead and interpret blueprints and bills of materialsLift up to 50 lbs regularly and up to 75 lbs occasionallyOperate in a machine shop environment with exposure to fumes and noise

Previous assembly or manufacturing experienceMechanical/electrical aptitudeAbility to pass a drug screen

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $22.00 - $22.00/hr.
