**Job Title: Assembly Technician – Drone Systems**

**Job Description**
We are seeking a detail-oriented and hands-on Assembly Technician to join our team in Carson, CA. In this role, you will be responsible for assembling and integrating cutting-edge drone systems and subsystems. You’ll work closely with engineering and production teams to ensure high-quality builds and troubleshoot integration issues.
**Key Responsibilities**
+ Assemble and integrate drone systems and subsystems with precision.
+ Troubleshoot and resolve mechanical and electrical integration issues.
+ Document integration procedures, test results, and assembly instructions.
+ Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and production standards.
+ Collaborate using team communication and issue tracking tools.
**Required Skills**
+ Mechanical and electrical assembly
+ Use of hand and power tools
+ Reading and interpreting blueprints and schematics
+ Wiring, soldering (including SMT components), and PCBA rework
+ Integration of embedded electronics and remote sensing devices
**Preferred Experience**
+ Familiarity with mobile/embedded electronics (Bluetooth/Wi-Fi enabled devices)
+ Experience with microcontrollers, Raspberry Pi, Arduino
+ Board-level testing using oscilloscopes and command-line interfaces
+ Handling small cameras, brushless motors, gear mechanisms, and battery packs
+ Proficiency with tools like Jira, Trello, Notion, Confluence, Slack, Excel

**Pay and Benefits**
The pay range for this position is $18.00 - $35.00/hr.
