**Assembly Support – 1st Shift** Tulsa, OK **$18.00/hour** **1st Shift | Full-Time** **Position Overview** We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented **Assembly Support** team member to assist our production and assembly teams on the shop floor. This is a hands-on role supporting day-to-day manufacturing operations, including material handling, tool prep, workstation organization, and general labor tasks. The position is full-time on **1st shift** with consistent hours and opportunities for growth. **Key Responsibilities** + Assist assembly technicians with parts preparation, staging, and movement between workstations. + Organize and restock tools, hardware, and materials to support efficient production flow. + Perform basic cleaning and maintenance of work areas and equipment. + Follow verbal and written instructions from supervisors and team leads. + Assist with light assembly or sub-assembly tasks as needed. + Support inventory tracking and help identify shortages or damaged materials. + Ensure a safe and clean work environment by following safety protocols and company policies. **Qualifications** + Prior experience in a manufacturing or shop floor environment preferred but not required. + Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods. + Strong attention to detail and willingness to learn. + Reliable, punctual, and team-oriented. + High school diploma or equivalent preferred If this is a role that interests you and you’d like to learn more, click apply now and a recruiter will be in touch with you to discuss this great opportunity.
