**Job description**
New product introduction or product evolution:
◼ Organize customer requirements identification, and product definition analysis
◼ Define introduction or evolution industrialization plan and monitor activities related
◼ Pilot industrialization validation with proper risk analysis and implementation plan
◼ Plan and pilot ramp-up
Product cost monitoring:
◼ Monitor product collection cost according to budget
◼ Identify projects contributing to learning curve reduction
Manage product routine and BOM initiate and evolution
Pilot module hospital chain rework process
Guarantee the compliance of process toward to customer specification and applicable
international standard
Lead and coordinate assembly line relocation and layout project, including design, plan and
implementation
Participate to problem solving as RPO, 8D, etc.
Responsible for adhering to all HSE required safety procedures in performing daily work
activities
Responsible for adhering to all Quality policies and rules required in performing daily work
activities
Responsible for fulfill customer's requirement to guarantee good customer's satisfaction
**Candidate skills & requirements**
Work related requirements
Education: Bachelor or above degree in material / mechanical engineering
Working Experience: At least 3 years working experience in manufacturing industries
Skills:
Knowledge of problem solving and quality improvement (8D, 5why, fishbone, etc.).
Skilled in Office Software (WORD, EXCEL, PPT etc.).
Better to have skill in AI or automation software
Quick leaning capability, project management spirit, good teamwork, good
coordination skills, risk awareness, quality and innovation spirit.
