Temp-to-Hire position$15.00 /hourFull Time work availableVarious shifts availableAssemble lawn mower components such as decks, motors, handles, and wheels Use hand tools and power tools to fit, fasten, and secure partsRead and follow assembly instructions, diagrams, and work ordersInspect parts and finished units for quality and accuracyPerform functional tests to ensure proper operationMaintain a clean and organized work areaReport defects, equipment issues, or shortages to supervisorsMeet daily production targets while following all safety proceduresAssembly Operator Qualifications:
Ability to follow written and verbal assembly instructionsBasic mechanical aptitude and use of hand/power toolsStrong attention to detail and quality standardsAbility to stand, lift, and perform repetitive tasks for extended periodsWillingness to meet production goals and deadlinesCommitment to workplace safety and proper equipment handlingReliable attendance and punctualityAbility to work independently and as part of a team High school diploma or equivalent (preferred)Forklift experience (preferred)We are an Equal Opportunity Employer and celebrate diversity at all levels of our organization.
