**Job Title: Assembly Operator** Job Description Join our team as an Assembly Operator where you will be responsible for assembling railroad switches. This position involves hands-on work using hand and power tools, grinding, deburring, and light welding. You will also be required to lift items weighing up to 65 pounds. Your day-to-day tasks will contribute significantly to the assembly process. Work Environment The work environment is in a facility that can be quite dirty and somewhat disorganized. The area is exposed to the elements, making it hot in the summer and cold in the winter. The facility is also loud, so be prepared for a noisy work setting. Job Type & Location This is a Contract to Hire position based out of TAYLOR MILL, Kentucky. **Pay and Benefits** The pay range for this position is $18.00 - $20.50/hr.
