**Job Title: Assembly Operator** Job Description Join our dynamic assembly team where you'll work in multiple sections, using gauges, calipers, and soldering irons to build PCB boards. Your role involves assembling circuit boards, cameras, flexes, and other sensitive electrical systems while ensuring cleanliness and precision. You'll also engage with software uploads on smart phones, contributing to controller functionalities for viewing purposes. Responsibilities + Assemble small, complex mechanical components with proficiency. + Utilize soldering skills or show willingness to learn soldering. + Follow assembly documentation and execute verbal/written instructions accurately. + Maintain clean and orderly workstations and production areas. + Communicate ideas and problems effectively to technicians and engineers. Essential Skills + Experience with assembling hardware products in electronics manufacturing. + Background in IT or manufacturing. + Proficiency in using hand tools and working on assembly lines. Additional Skills & Qualifications + Experience with NPI (New Product Introduction) production. + Skills in assembly repair, testing, and troubleshooting circuit boards. + Electromechanical assembly expertise.
