**Job Description**
We are seeking dedicated Assembly Associates to join our team in the automotive industry. You will be responsible for assembling smaller parts, typically hand-sized, for esteemed clients such as Tesla, GM, and Ford. The role includes light manufacturing and machine operating duties, where you will load parts, monitor their output, and conduct visual inspections. Accurate documentation of any findings is crucial. We cross-train our associates in Molding and Assembly to enhance versatility and skill development.
**Responsibilities**
+ Perform assembly work to create automotive parts.
+ Operate machinery and conduct visual inspections of parts.
+ Read and document findings accurately.
+ Work with minimal supervision.
+ Cross-train in Molding and Assembly.
**Essential Skills**
+ Experience in production, packing, and mechanical assembly.
+ Proficiency with hand tools and inspection processes.
+ Ability to read and interpret work instructions.
**Work Environment**
This role offers multiple shift options: 1st shift (7:00 AM - 3:30 PM), 2nd shift (3:00 PM - 11:30 PM), and 3rd shift (11:00 PM - 7:30 AM). Each shift includes a 20-minute paid lunch and a 10-minute paid break. The environment is clean and climate-controlled, with a dress code of closed-toe shoes, jeans, and a plain shirt or sweatshirt without profanity.
**Pay and Benefits**
The pay range for this position is $15.00 - $16.50/hr.
